CommUnity Haven of Central is home to our KidCamp, a year-round program specializing in only 5 to 12-year-olds. This provides more options for the kids who have "outgrown daycare" and want more experiences and fun opportunities.

Summer KidCamp
CommUnity Haven of Central is home to our Summer KidCamp program. A caregiver may select from sending kiddos one week or all 10 weeks. Each week follows a different track, theme, and sport.
No matter the theme, every week includes fitness and recreation, art and STEM, gardening and raising chickens, daily swimming activity if the weather allows for it, character building, and so much fun that the parents report their kiddos are "worn-out" and only want to eat, bathe, and go to sleep for the next day of excitement.
Summer KidCamp is a fun and safe experience with educational components tucked within each week for children ages 5 to 12. However, spots for 11 to 12-year-olds are extremely limited. KidCampers love our junior Olympic and wading pools, our 14,000 sq. ft. building of indoor activities, and our 4 acres available for outdoor activities. KidCamp Childcare During the School Year
Our KidCamp childcare provides before care, aftercare, and both before and aftercare for 5 to 12-year-old kids. We offer a safe haven to provide homework assistance, along with a mini version of our Summer KidCamp program (check out our writeup because we also placed gold in best summer camp). Our kids love sneaking extra swim-time, recreation, and fitness fun.
Just because summer is out, they can't forget about the garden and chickens, which they have grown and raised themselves. Our hours cater to all caregivers, opening at 6:00 AM and closing at 6:00 PM. And when school is closed, we are open! Transportation may be provided by First Student if you are within the corresponding school zones. Scan the code in our adjacent ad to sign up before you miss out!

CommUnity Haven of Central's KidCamp
Congratulations on choosing CommUnity Haven of Central as your kids' favorite place to be this summer. We are a year-round KidCamp and open anytime that school is closed, so hello summer months!
KidCamp will have a dedicated swim time from 10:00 AM–11:30 AM, M–F. In case of rainy weather, we will have mutual swim time open to the public in a dedicated swim zone exclusive to KidCamp only. No public guest will be allowed within that pool section, even if it is friends or family of the KidCamper. No exceptions for public guest contact. KidCampers will also have extra staff besides lifeguards and audiovisual security cameras inside and outside the facility. You agree to be videoed whenever you or your kid is onsite.
Do not hesitate to register your children for KidCamp, as our program fills up quickly. Once our program reaches the capacity the Fire Marshal has placed, we will not be able to accommodate any more kids.
